  : the staff was super nice, check-in went smoothly and they were super helpful. The location is really in the heart of Rome but at the same time 20 minutes walking away from Roma Termini. It's located at a big street, so it can be a bit loud for people not used to city life, but that didn't really impact my stay. Bed was super comfy, a real double bed, not two mattresses put together. would stay again for sure!
  : The wifi wasn't the fastest but still good enough to stream Netflix or do some work. The water pump is a bit loud when you're in the shower, but again, no major complaints and would definitely still stay here again.

  : Fantastic location, nice and spacious room, calm and quiet space, and a very kind host
  : This is a small B&B (but actually without breakfast) so quite understandably there is no permanent front desk, so you need to know quite precisely when you arrive, so that someone can let you in and give you your key. This is fine, but also means that if you arrive early, you need to wait. Nothing too bad, though. The kindness of the host covers for an eventual wait :-)

  : There is no regular hotel service rather it can consider as AIRBNB type. very tough if you have lots of luggage. better for people who have very small luggages. one time service. the guy who recvd me was amazing but this is actually not a hotel rather you can say AIRBNB type accomodation.

  : Great location within walking distance of the Colosseum and Roman forum. We didn’t use any buses and chose to walk around Rome for the 4 days we were there and it was well positioned. The room was clean and tidy and staff very friendly. We thought the potato chips and coffee were a lovely touch and made us feel at home.
  : The macerator toilet was very annoying, it would go off randomly in the night waking us up and goes off constantly during a shower or even when you just sit on the toilet. We also found the rooms very noisy - we were subject to hearing “activities” occurring in neighbouring rooms and could hear people coming in and out of the bnb again waking us up. The towels were also not changed once during a 4 night stay.
