  : This is a very quirky establishment which seemed to consist of a number of rooms on different, non adjacent, floors, with each floor having its own kitchen for DIY breakfast. Having said that, each kitchen, fridge and freezer was generously stocked with food and drinks and the proprieter was always most anxious for us to help our selves. Leaving that aside, the front facing room we had was absolutely superb and could not be faulted. The location was within walking distance of the main sites of interest and for the less mobile there was a taxi rank 100 yards away as was a local bus route. Oh, and there is a lift ! Looks like something from a 1920s film set, but it works OK!I would be quite happy to go back there again.
  : These rooms are situated in what appears to be an old apartment block and whilst the rooms themselves had been renovated to a high standard the entrance and stairwell had that look of crumbling faded elegance that had seen better days. The "front" door is actually around the back and the only clue to it's purpose is the number 2 on it.

  : Clean room, comfortable bed, nice shower, kind staff, central location.
  : Noisy (location is very good but noise from the street / trams is to be expected). On Saturday night the building in front of us had a rooftop party with loud music until very late in the night (or early in the morning). We also got the room next to the shared kitchen and if, like in our case, there are other guests that enjoy chatting in the kitchen you will hear everything.

  : The hotel room was nice and clean with a nice view to the archeological site. The location was so good-we were a minute away from any major attraction in the city! The staff were very kind and considerate, and we had no problem checking out for our flight at 3AM.
  : The breakfast wasn't very good, you get access to a shared fridge with cheese and salami and some bread and fruits, and you can serve yourself. We always preferred to get breakfast outside in a coffee place...The staff were nice but they weren't around most of the time when we needed them. They gave us a number of the owner but there was no answer there on whatsApp (we couldn't make a phonecall)

  : Location in Rome to walk to the key relics is very important. This property is located very well to all of them. Great restaurants within walking distance.
  : The breakfast did not have at least hard boiled eggs, but otherwise it was good.

  : Through the door of your room you can hear practically everything that happens in the hallway. I would recommend changing the doors and make them soundproof.
