  : Despite agreement with the concierge that my wife will be able to change her wedding dress after meeting the Pope in the room (as a form of late check-out), when we arrived it occured that all our things were taken out and that we should change in the corridor (there is no publicly available toilet there). This is not a proper way of treating guests to first offer something and then to treat you in a way that one should never be treated.

  : The building is very nice, the area very quiet. You can see from the balcony the St Pietro dome. Close to Vatican - a 10 min walk or so.
  : The fridge is very small, you cannot store a big bottle of water. There is no drawer, only a stand to hang the clothes. We stayed 5 nights and the towels and sheets were not changed at all. Not very good connected. Far from Aurelia metro station. Only the bus 46, which goes to Venezia.The city tax is not included in the price, and not specified at all.

  : First it’s no a hotel, second they don’t clarify about they are located at the 4th floor of the building, my mom needs help to walk and 4 floors that’s crazy and then never say where thy are located, I’m the pics the rooms looks super big or at least good size but in there real life it’s super small room.

  : bed was comfortable, clean bath, quiet neighborhood, very close to Vatican city and Trastevere.

  : Bed was good room was nice. Pretty close to vatican.
  : Needed more than one towel for the shower one towel for two people. Besides the hand towel. That is there only thing we would change.

  : The bedrooms are nice but this is just one apartment made into 3 rooms for people to stay in.... It should be advertised as room only!
  : When we arrived after a very long day travelling we was unable to get into the building as there was no one there to greet us!! Luckily a lady left the building just before we gave up and called the owners who opened the door via their mobile phone!During our 4 night stay we never saw or met any of the staff at this B&B.... Which leads to my next grievence. It isn't a B&B as you have to walk for 10 minutes to the breakfast your given tickets for and only permitted to have one very small glass of juice, one cappuccino and a pastry.Towels only changed every 3 days or your charged €10!

  : The rooms were very nice and as advertised. The balcony was sweet and everything worked. The location was perfect and the breakfast partner was very good.
  : The shower was really tight. No elevators and the rooms were up three flights. The attendant did help us with getting the bags up. Which was very nice of her.

  : The "hotel" is an apartment in an apartment building with three rooms in total. The breakfast is served outside hotel premises in a bar (not mentioned when booking the hotel) and consists of ether a glass of orange juice and a sandwich or coffee, glass of orange juice and a croissant. There were no toiletries available in the bathroom except a soap bar and toilet paper. So not luxurious at all. Change of towels is charged separately.
