  : It was close to all amenities and attractions. It is located just around the corner from the Vatican City. There are lots of choices for places to eat, and very reasonable prices. The staff were friendly and always ready to help.
  : Breakfast isn't on site. When you arrive at St Peter's Inn, you are handed breakfast tickets, which you take to a local café which is a 2 minute walk around the corner. Breakfast is one croissant and coffee. Not what we expected for breakfast, but they are lovely. There were two fridges in our room, both not working. If you wanted to make a drink, you have to use the shared communal area. We did expect from the description to have a kettle, etc. in our room.

  : Location is excellent for visiting Vatican. Staff nice (though rarely around).
  : Air-conditioning is barely functional (worked in one room, not at all in others). Rooms were not ready until very late. Alarm went off randomly--no one on site to address. Elevator didn't work until last day (rooms four floors up!). Entry code had extra step not listed in instructions. Breakfast across the street at cafe that does not want you there.

  : the room have tv and the bathroom is kind of new
  : it’s not a hotel. it’s an old apartment building with people living. they put rooms in apartments. the elevator is always broken. you have to go up 4 floors with your luggage. THEY DONT HAVE STAFF! THEY DONT HAVE BREAKFAST! they give you a voucher to go to a store 3 blocks away for 1 croissant and small coffe.

  : Location of this apartament is perfect. Near by all of places like Vatican city, underground station and good restaurants.
  : Breakfast. Only one option - croissant and one cup of coffe from local bar next to street. I don't like this kind of breakfast.

  : My name is Olivia, and my family of 7 stayed at Saint Peter Inn from 3 nights from 27th May to 30th May.I'm going to split my hotel review into 6 segments, namely:1) Location2) Service3) Room, Room Cleanliness etc.4) Breakfast5) Price6) FacilitiesBefore I would like to say anything, as you can tell, my review is 1/5 of five stars. You might think I'm absurd, but wait till you hear my reasoning. Still, it bothers me that the hotel staff had asked me to rate this hotel 5/5. That is an absolutely ridiculous offer. My family can all agree on this rating. The bad things about this hotel severely outweigh the good things, which is literally only 1 reason why this hotel is good.1) LocationIf you are a tourist coming to Saint Peter's Inn, this is a good location. (But a terrible "hotel". I cannot even call this place a hotel. It is literally a tiny room in a tiny apartment with a total of 4-5 rooms) It is near Vatican City, only 2-3 min walk :) which is great, and what my family loved because we actually went to tour vatican city. also it is very near restaurants and the metro station (5-10min walk) But if you're going to major tourist attractions in Rome like Colosseum, it is very far but very fast if you take the metro!2) ServiceAbsolutely disgusting. I have to say. Not meaning to offend anyone in particular. My family reached this hotel at around 10PM after our flight. of course, we were all tired from our flight. The service made it WORST. Hotel Room Service is supposed to be 24/7, am I right? Even if you do not have 24/7 service, at least tell the customers how to even GET IN the hotel and go into their room, is that really hard? Does the staff expect us to UNLOCK the door ourselves? My family had to stand outside the door for at least 1/2 hour before we could go in and ANOTHER 1/2 hour figuring out where the hotel was because it was located in an apartment.
  : When we arrived, we saw this old building. I was quite disappointed at first, ngl. We could not even enter the door and people living in the apartment were staring at the 7 of us. Until one kind lady finally helped us enter. We couldn't go in the place as the staff didn't tell us how to work the lock! After we entered the apartment building, we had to go to our hotel, which was only an apartment with a few rooms. There was only a small lift fitting 3 people, and my sister got stuck in the lift for about 10 minutes. (this is not exaggerated thank you) We had 3 elderly people, so this hotel was NOT elderly friendly. I'm sorry to say but this is the worst hotel review I've ever written in my life. I always like to sound kind about it, but I absolutely cannot with this one. After getting to the 3rd level, (to any future people who get stuck at this place) we were stuck opening the door. the day we left, we asked the staff to call us a taxi. she asked 10 euros from us. Excuse me? We're YOUR customers..oh my goodness. So service wise, 0/5.
