  : I saw in the older reviews that there were problems with the shower but I imagined something this trivial would be fixed quickly. unfortunately no, the shower either burned you or was ice cold no matter what I tried.If you are welcomed by Federico pay in mind that he might not answer your messages for a week.I had no internet access on arrival and haven't got even an answer back to my messages during my entire 5 nights stay!

  : Where to begin? There is alot of issues that I'd like to make you aware of so you dont experience what we did. There was one stand out issue that ruined our trip but alot of addition issues that as a collective, made this the worst accommodation that we have ever stayed in. It started when we were asked sevral times in the run up to our trip what time we would be arriving. I explained that we were not arriving on that day, that we were already in Italy and would be travelling from Sorrento on the day of check in and id let them know on the day once I had accurate times. I messaged them once we were on the train (5 hours away), no response. Messaged them again to let them know we were in Rome, no response. Let them know when we were 30 mins away, no response. Let them know we were outside the property as the web site said check in would happen there. After 10 mins we were messaged to say we needed to walk 15 mins to a left luggage shop to collect the keys. As we had heavy luggage and had already walked a considerable distance, I stayed put and my partner walked to the shop. After another 10 mins, some guy turned up and said he had decided to come to us, despite not telling us so I had to phone my partner and ask him to come back. We went up to the apartment but the key he brought didn't work so he had to go back to the shop again. Once he returned with a working key, he said we needed to give him more money as cleaning costs were not included. I produced the booking.com invoice that said all costs would be deducted before check in. He said he didn't have time to discuss it and said we needed to go back to the shop and sort it out there. We did as asked and returned to the shop again but were greeted by an extremely aggressive and rude individual who said my invoice was wrong and I needed to pay him an additional €40 plus €21 for tourist tax and it needed to be in cash.

  : Very clean bright room in a great location for exploring all major sights in Rome on foot. Also close to many excellent restaurants, cafés, bars etc.
  : It was quite expensive, but prices in Rome were generally high at the time of our visit. Inconvenient that we had to pay for luggage storage on the last day. For the price of the room, luggage storage could have been included as it’s the same company running both. Not a problem for us, but a note for light sleepers: the windows face to the street which means that on weekend nights you may hear partygoers leaving Campo dei Fiori.

  : Perfect location to explore Rome. Hosts had a bit of a problem with the apartment which they've let us know in advance, and we were relocated to other apartment which was within two minutes walk.
