  : The location was perfect. So central and amazing for the price. Accommodation was cozy and clean, and was a relatively well-lit and busy street so I felt safe (but as a solo female traveler, I'll obviously never be able to feel 100% safe). Lots of restaurants nearby, and about 10-15 minutes walk from the nearest metro stop.
  : Room was a bit dark and TV was small (but I didn't use it).

  : The location of the hostel is very good, there are buses, metro for everywhere.
  : First of all, they didn't respond to my email, which i sent them 2 days before my arrival, asking if i could leave my bag before my check-in. When i arrived around 8:30am, i gave them a call, one lady answered and when i explain her that i arrived early and i just want to leave my bag she told me its not a problem, that she will come aprox 1 hour. I was waiting on the street one hour for her and calling her again, but she never came and never answered the phone again. I need it to find a solution by myself to leave my bag somewhere else. If she couldn't come, she could just advise me, so i don't waste my time on the streets.

  : Didn’t receive a response from them when contacted them via booking, email about arriving late due to my flight and I was later that I’ll be charge extra 10 euro for that, I wasn’t shown the installations or services at all, and the lockers didn’t have a key

  : The hosts were nice that was the only good thing about this hostel.
  : The rooms were not that clean. There was mould that they treated while we were there. A very small room with 4 people is a bit exaggerated. The hosts leave the tenants to do whatever they want as they leave in the evening and there's no one to talk to or to notify. It also was very expensive compared to other hostels I visited which were not only better managed but cleaner and with newer facilities.

  : Great location, smooth checkin process, adequate facilities. Small room was a little tight for two adults, but A/C and small closet helped us keep things in order. The shared bathroom was cleaned daily, new towels were handed out upon request, and I was grateful for access to fridge, kitchen, and common area with TV.
  : Facilities were very old, very basic, and circulation in room was poor.

  : The owners were great and super helpful. When I got there, I was given a map and some information about where to find market or how to explore Roma. The rooms were comfortable and they were cleaned every day and had lockable cabinets. There was a kitchen and living room for the customers to use.Before the check in and after the check out I was able to leave my luggage inside which made it easier to enjoy the time outside after and before traveling.The location was good. Only 5 minutes walk to Roma Termini and 20-30 minutes walk to Colosseum, Forum Romanum, Fontana di Trevi. Vatican city is a little bit further, but still about 50 minutes walk away. It was easy to explore the city from there by walking. There were also a couple of nice restaurants and minimarkets near the hostel so when I was feeling lazy, I could just have dinner only a couple of minutes away from the hostel.The hostel is quite small and the general areas are in different corridors than the bedrooms which I found perfect, since it prevents loud socializing and partying.
  : For those who like to gather and party with other customers, the general areas aren't that big (which suits people like me perfectly).
