  : The check in was easy, the room was clean and it's pretty central, you can reach most of the main attractions on foot of you're even average fit.
  : So that's a false information that you can have a view of the Vatican from your room. According to the staff (on WhatsApp) the deluxe double rooms don't have that view (only of a piece of wall of the neighboring building) and neither do the apartments. So what does have it on this property? According to the lady/gentleman from the staff, an elusive room called "superior with St. Pietro view", and there is only one of those, annnd it's nowhere to be found on any booking sites... Does it exist (under this name)? Who knows, but either it doesn't and they couldn't just say "sorry no, that *deluxe double room* with the view is already booked, bad luck". Or there actually is a room superior with St. Pietro view (with a surcharge), but then it's false advertising with the pictures of the view of the Vatican under the name of deluxe double room... Anyway I feel being lied to, and I don't like that.

  : excellent property manager, modern & updated property. Lots of natural light and fresh air with windows that can be easily opened. comfortable bed. Free coffee, tea, little snacks.
  : Taxi stand was several blocks away. only one restaurant across the street so just a little less convenient. No elevator and we had big suitcases to take up two steep flights of stairs. Not good for elderly or folks with trouble doing stairs.

  : The residence is in a good location, near the Vatican and not far from metro and bus stops. There are many restaurants and mini supermarkets nearby. We can personally recommend the small Rione XIV restaurant about 200 metres away in Borgo Pio; great food at reasonable prices, but not easy to get in because it's so good!The room was spacious enough, the bed was very comfortable, there was an excellent shower room, the TV was good, there were coffee and tea making facilities in the room. In the small kitchen outside, there were more facilities. There was also a range of biscuits etc, as well as more tea and coffee. We weren't sure if we were allowed to take them or not since we hadn't paid extra for breakfast. The daily cleaning service was good.I would stay here again without hesitation, in fact we plan to do that next year when we return to attend a concert nearby.
  : The only minus mark was some noise from the appartment (?) above . The ceiling/floor wasn't very thick and the sound traveled through. It sounded like a child dropping toys occasionally on the hard floor above. It wasn't a major problem.
