  : I dont normally write reviews but this place was awful. Other than the location everything about it was abysmal. The entry door into the guesthouse was directly opposite the door to my room which was a sliding door which I couldnt lock from the outside and was next to the reception. I could hear every conversation and people coming and going and had very little privacy. The bathroom which wasnt en-suite hasnt been changed since the 1970s and there wasnt even a shelf on which to place any toiletries. The toilet sprayed water when it was flushed and the bidet faucet was broken. The bed was two single mattresses and one was higher than the other so sleeping was very uncomfortable. The mini fridge had to be switched off at night as it was so noisy. My advice to anyone looking at this place is to ignore the misleading photographs of the rooms and read the poorest reviews instead of those which describe the place as very good. Its simply not.

  : I like the location as it is in the center and walking distance from most of the places I wanted to visit. Host is friendly and helpful if you speak a little Italian but she has difficulty understanding English.
  : The facilities in the room. I may not have read all the description of what is in the room but I missed having a water cooker, I like to have hot water drink at night or tea. The only hotel I have stayed that there is no coffee or tea making facility The bathroom in the quadruple room has a bidet but difficult to sit as there is not enough room for your leg. Another thing I did not like is that we put a "DO NOT DISTURB" sign outside the door, they still enter and did the cleaning. This happens every day of our stay.

  : Was an awesome location right in the centre and close to all attractions! The property was clean and tidy and great value for money. As a first time traveller to Rome it was an amazing experience!
