: Fantastic value for its location on the Trastevere main road where I could take the €8 normal train from FCO airport to Trastevere and then €1.50 tram (buy at the Tabacchi shops not in the tram). Super owner Leonardo and the very nice lady employee Anna who prepares breakfast in the morning will make your stay a wonderful experience. I like the modernized bathroom and small renovated room with a window overlooking the Janiculum hills in the far background. I think the room with a balcony would be even better!
: The old multifunctional building exterior that’s covered with graffiti and the front entry gate that’s complicated to unlock. Having to climb stairs to get to the elevator. However the owner tries everything he can to make it a comfortable experience at a very reasonable price. It is a really great value accommodation on the main drag with easy tram connection. Trastevere is covered up with grafiti anyway so the building stays in character

: Wonderful hosts - nice breakfast moments on the balcony and small sweet compliments; daily cleaning and regular daily checks by the host if everything is ok with my stay, tips and tricks, valuable information for the best tourist experience.The location is great and the view from my room - amazing! The bed was comfortable and the sleep - deep and calm. The lighting was very good and according to the specific needs during the day/night. I'm in love with the swinging chair

: Central location in the hip neighborhood of Trastevere. Staff were very polite and helpful and the communication was smooth. Clean and comfortable room.
: The rooms aren’t very soundproof and I found it a bit annoying to hear everything what’s going on in the hallway or other rooms. The breakfast could be easily improved by providing some more fresh options.
