  : Amazingly nice staff, very helpful and always there to be of service to us. Lobby area is amazing and nice to relax in. Room was very clean every time and the entire "style" of the hotel is great, with a cool theme about writers, performers, etc. Elevator was nice and worked well. Overall I liked this hotel alot, especially the staff, and would stay again. Also - the location is great for the city of Rome, only problem is it is in a little dark corner so sometimes at night it can be a little anxiety inducing.
  : My cousin stayed in a room right near the street and it was quite loud; she said the Wifi wasn't great either but my Wifi was fine. Overall though, I really liked this hotel and if you don't mind a little bit of "Rome-ness" to the whole experience, it's great.

  : Second time I stayed here during one trip and they upgraded us - as I said in my last review, the staff are amazing, some of the best hotel staff I've ever dealt with. I felt very at home here and that means I loved it!
  : As I mentioned in my last review, the street its own is near an alley way that sometimes has homeless people and can be a little concerning, but in general the area is safe and the location is great.
