  : Absolutely nothing to like about this “hotel” if you can even it call it that.
  : NOT AT ALL as pictured or described on booking.com! The first thing I noticed were the ants crawling the walls by the reception desk, yuck! (Not to mention the reception desk also looks nothing like in the pictures). Then, to my surprise, we were asked to pay for the room at check-in, before seeing the room, before staying in the room - already a bad sign, especially as we had booked a two night stay. This is something that has never happened to me before but I can see why they take their money upfront, so that you will have nothing to do once you see the room. Of course their credit card machine did not work, so we had to pay cash, yet another bad sign.The room is dirty and old! We walked into an outdated room with crumbs on the chairs, dirty floors, some kind of oil smeared across the bathroom door, stains on the walls, a dirty and stained toilet, and even dust on the soaps in the bathroom! The AC looks like it’s on but does not work nor cool the room AT ALL, and in this weather, where it is 100° F. during July in Rome, this is unacceptable! Not to mention, the Wi-Fi did not work nor reach our room. The bed is NOT a queen bed at all, rather two twin beds pushed together! Why even give an option for a queen bed or two twins when you don’t have any queen beds? The bed is a metal frame with two thin and hard twin mattress and one pillow each. I must say this bed reminds me of my military cot. The shower head was moldy, the shower itself was broken and water sprayed in all directions. There is one outlet in the room, no phone, no clock, and a broken safe. We had no choice but to stay here for the first night we booked, I woke up with bed bug bites all over my body, and we left to another hotel straightaway!Even with all this and pictures as proof, the owner refused to give us a refund! The owner of this place should be ashamed for such terrible customer service and such unlivable conditions.I have reached out to booking.com who have not resolved our issue.

  : Excellent location ,comfortable well fitted out room with good ensuite.
  : Always when travelling only book hotel with room safe. Safe not working on arrival, told technician coming that evening. Concerned about leaving valuables in room, safe not fixed, told could leave valuables with receptions next morning which would open at 8am. Still no reception staff by 8.30 am and had to leave on a tour. Thought was safer to take valuables with us. My colleague was robbed of his passport and money that morning. Despite assurances, the safe box was not fixed six days later when checked out. I wonder if the safe boxes have been fixed.
