  : A kilátás a tetőteraszról pazar. Jó az elhelyezkedés.-The view from the rooftop terrace is amazing. Good location.
  : The room (Studio F) is really noisy, the air conditoner device was not working, during the weekend they did not fix it we had to wait till Monday, until that we had to sleep in the cold. We contacted the staff, they told us that the maintenance crew will come on Monday, somebody did check on the AC on Sunday after I complained again, but they did not solve the problem. The maintenance guy solved it after 3 days. The air conditoners are in a really bad shape, the filters are dirty. These problems could be solved with a pair of electric heaters. I hope they solve these problems, otherwise we could have had a pleasant experience.

  : The roof top balcony is fabulous. There are great views of Rome and it is very nice to be able to get away from the hustle and bustle. The hotel has a little fridge which was very handy. The directions were accurate,
  : The room is (as usual for Rome) small. It isn't sound proof and you could hear both neighbors, the front door etc. Only window looked out on the elevator shaft - not a huge problem, but did not provide fresh air. No other real issues.

  : The roof top was pretty much the saver of this property.
  : I was sent someone else’s name initially when my documents were being requested to “speed up” check in via booking. Red flag because that other person probably got my name, obviously I chose not to send photos of my passport and did it in person. When I arrived it was a shared entrance for an apartment that’s not advertised (later they said their shared entrances are for anyone who books on Booking.com). I had to request the room to be sprayed when I arrived because the smell was so foul, I couldn’t keep the bathroom door open because it smelled like smoke and sewage water backing up. One morning, the cleaning staff was screaming at one another in the hallway and I was just told “not to worry about it,” they’d be talked to but I needed to understand that the staff would make noise and so would other people (in the video I have, you can hear what sounds like an argument and literal screaming). The front door apparently had a malfunction so it would randomly open to the public. There were questionable stains on my sheets. The carpet on the way up and in the elevator are filthy. It was just a lot, all of this I have photo or video evidence of. I contacted both booking.com and the hotel, the most I got was them spraying the room, it still smelled horrible. I tried to look for other accommodations, but unfortunately everything was booked up with it being high season in Rome. I will give them that the location was central and the rooftop was decent; however, I spent over $1200 on this reservation, what I received was absolutely atrocious.
