  : An amazing location, short walking distance from most of the main tourist sites. The Vatican was only a 30-minute walk and was a good way to see some of the city we wouldn't have normally seen. Valentina was really nice and let us check in early, the restaurant below the B&B was amazing and you get a discount. for staying there. The room was great for the price and we didn't need anything extra. We stayed in the Andy Warhol room and loved the theme. Having a fridge in the room was great!

  : It was located right in the center, close to all main sights. The whole place was well air-conditioned, so this was definitely a plus.
  : The staff was basically not present. The key was dropped at the restaurant below with a few instructions how to get in, which was ok but then there were several WhatsApp messages sent, as the checkin should be arranged at a different time but it was never possible with many waiting times for the staff to arrive. In the end we checked in at the same time as we checked out. No information was given towards the breakfast which was included. Only after another WhatsApp message we found out that we should go to a small café around the corner, which would have been also fine but we didn’t know what was included in the breakfast we had already paid for. The staff at the restaurant was very unfriendly and just gave as a coffee and a croissant, also not telling us what was included in the breakfast we booked with our room. So all in all very disorganized. Additionally, we found an already used shower gel with an open lid in our shower, which probably means that the shower has not been cleaned after the guests before. All in all I would say, it’s way yo expensive for the value you get!

  : Location was of course perfect. But it’s not easy to walk with luggage to hotel due to stone pavements of Rome so consider getting a taxi. (You need to check this, but I think they can go right behind Patheon.)
  : It’s a little small but in this price range it’s a good catch.

  : The owner & Carolina were extremely accommodating and nice. The room was spacious, well designed and very clean. Great air-con. The location as absolutely amazing, 10 steps away from the Pantheon. We could leave our luggage and pre-check-in early in the morning, so we could enter our room with leisure at noon, not a thing needed more. Checkout was just as easy. They also clean every day which is amazing.
  : Double bed was made out of 2 single mattresses, so my partner fell in the gap in the middle a couple of times. One pillow per guest.The property is easily missed (no sign, just a sticker on the intercom), and you have a key chain with 4 different keys and doors to get into your room... makes you feel like your stuff are safe though.

  : Even though my stay was last minute, I am happy I chose this location. It is right next to the Pantheon, on the same street as many restaurants. The decor was great. The shower was good, and the room was very well air conditioned. Highly recommended.
  : I really liked it the place but the doorway is hard to find and in-between two restaurants (awkward). Also since it is next to the Pantheon there is quit alot of noise till 1 to 2am. But its not so bad, I personally didn't mind but good to know.
