  : The location is good and the property is clean and comfortable.
  : Everything was good before the day we left for Florence. We asked the front desk in advance to reserve a taxi for us at 0830 to Roma termini, but they never did so. The front desk lady never called for a taxi until the moment we were ready to leave. It’s busy hour for taxis in Rome at the time, and she spent 10 minutes attempting to get a taxi which she was supposed to do yesterday. Finally, she told us “there is a problem with the taxi company” and was trying to cover up her mistake by saying that the taxi we ordered had an accident on its way. Normally, if a taxi has an accident, the taxi company would assign a new one to pick us up. It’s a terrible lie for her to say. When we asked what we can do to possibly catch our train at 0900, she suggested that we can walk to the nearby taxi station and wait for one. Not even trying to fix the problem! She didn’t attempt to apologize before we leave the property. Because of her mistake, we couldn’t make it to the termini before 0900, and we had to spent another $90 for new train tickets and arrived 4 hours later than expected. She ruined everything we’ve planned for that day. The front desk doesn’t value customers’ time and money at all.Also, if you arrived at the property after 1930, they ask you to pay 15 euro to call another manager to open the door for you. When we first arrived, we called the property before 1930, and the manger showed up after 1930 and took 10 euro from us. When we were late the second time (we booked the property twice), we payed 15 euro because the key person said it’s “15 euro after 9p.m.”. The rules here are not consistent. It’s not about the price 10 or 15, 7:30p.m. or 9, it’s that not writing clear on Booking.com is unprofessional.

  : The location was great, the breakfast was fine, the room was overall spacious and comfortable
  : I did not have hot water during the whole stay. I complained about it everyday and nothing was done to resolve the problem. There was mold and a used bottle in the fridge when I arrived

  : Good location for the Vatican City everything was within walking distance.
  : It was a 35 degree day and after returning to our room after a long day at the Vatican the air conditioning wasn’t working. We contacted the manager of the hotel to let them know so we could get it fixed when they got back to us they said the technician couldn’t come to look at it until the following day we asked to move rooms as ours was very hit and they just didn’t respond. We tried to sleep with the windows open but the hotel was located on a very busy street so the noise was unbearable we got no sleep!!!!!! Room was also not cleaned properly before we stayed there was still the previous people lunch left in our mini fridge and the toilet and shower had black mould.

  : Hot water was a big problem. The air conditioning was not so cool . Room was cleaned every day. First day we missed breakfast as we didn't know where was it served. We thought there was no breakfast.Otherwise everything was alright.

  : Very good location. Nice room, new furniture.
  : Terrible smell in the bathroom from the waste - whole stay. Uncleaned used shampoos and shower gels after arrival. Breakfast very poor, we went to the restaurants like other guests. Old dormant Christmas decorations (in May) in common rooms.
