  : The bed was very comfortable (which I was especially aware after coming back home to mine). The room was extremely clean and I always got fresh towels, soaps and shower gels. The first receptionist at the check-in was extremely kind and helpful.
  : The Internet in the room didn't work. I reported it but it still didn't work. I had my own, so it was not a problem. The biggest problem was the lack of daylight. The room faces a narrow yard and gets minimal daylight. The windows are covered with something to make it even darker. It might not be a problem for everyone, but to a slightly claustrophobic me, this really affected my mood as I had to work in the room for a few hours every day. The receptionist at the check-out was weird and not helpful or friendly. It can get loud - someone in the room next to mine was so loud with opening the windows, and the lift can be heard as well.

  : no cups to drink from, no cutlery or any appliance very thin walls, you can hear the neighbours flushing the toilet or coughing as if they were in the same room

  : I was staying in the annex building. Lovely staff, easy check-in, extremely convenient location if you're travelling to/from Termini or want to take the B line metro.
  : The real drawback was the paper-thin walls: you can hear what people in the adjoining rooms are saying and doing.

  : The room was dirty. One of the receptionists was not an honest person and may have been trying to cheat me out of money.

  : The staff were very friendly and the location is perfect when you want to be neat Termini Station. They really helped in resolving our issues and accommodated our request promptly. The new room they put us in was perfect although it was in a different complex just beside Palma. We did pay extra but it was worth it. We were lucky that it was available when we needed it.
  : The room we were in was too noisy as it was just off the reception area.
