  : a washing machine would be a great addition. also, a broom would have been usefulas travelling with a toddler can get very messy and the apartment got dusty very quickly.

  : The location is amazing - right in the center of the tourist section of Rome. It does come with a bit of noise but nothing terrible,

  : The location was great , walking distance to all the main attractions , shopping streets, restaurants, supermarkets.Bus stop.The host was very nice , We arrived late at night the instruction were great, we picked the keys from the box , it was easy to find the key box and the apartment .

  : Great location - deliberately decided to stay in this area for our second leg in Rome, as it's closer to Spanish steps & the shops we wanted to buy from. It's also within comfortable walking distance (we have our 70+ yrs old parents with us) to Trevi Fountain & Pantheon. Plenty of nice local food around, the (almost) rooftop bar at Rinascente provides the perfect spot for afternoon drinks/ break with a nice view.The apartment itself is very spacious, which is a luxury that you'll never get from most hotel rooms. It has got all the amenities described, including fully functional kitchen and equipment. It also has a lot of big windows facing Piazza di San Silvestro. It's quite nice to wind down by the window, enjoy the crowd without being in it. Our unit has a small rooftop terrace which looks nice in picture & we had really looked forward to using, unfortunately it rained the whole day for the entire stay duration.
  : Unfortunately the lift in the building that we stayed in broke down & they were not able to fix it for the entire duration of our stay, which means we have to use the steps (to the highest floor) to reach the units. To the staff's credits, they did apologise for the unfortunate situation & offered to move our parents to another building with working lift (our parents declined as they would rather stay near us than in separate buildings). The staff also checked in on us on the following days to ensure we were well taken care of & they also helped with the collection of a parcel delivery I was expecting. The wifi in one of the units (the lower grade room) was not working on the 1st day but was fixed after the staff did their daily follow-up. The room heaters in both units were quite inconsistent, occasionally not working, so the room temperature was often cold (luckily, not too much). The heater coils in both units' bathrooms were not working either. We experienced this in other apartments we stayed in Milan & Florence, too, so it looks like it's a common problem in Italy, or it's just our luck.Overall, it's still a good stay. The staff was 10/10, but the apartments were 7/10.
