: Room is very clean and just nice for two pax. Mattress is comfortable and near to Spanish steps and taxi station
: Couldnt find power plug except behind the furnitures.

: Great location- walking distance to great selection of shops, restaurants, cafes. Comfortable room with tea, coffee facilities, water and biscuits- replenished daily. Alessandro greeted us on arrival- very friendly and sent us recommendations for local restaurants and cafes
: Although the location was great- the downside was the amount of noise in the area throughout the night. Our room (106) was right on the street side with multiple windows without much of a view and we were woken up multiple times throughout each night by the sound of people, bin men, delivery drivers, etc. I guess this is the price you pay for the location. Water pressure in the shower could also have been better.

: The receptionist was friendly and always communicated well via WhatsApp. The facilities were very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The room itself was lovely.
: We got very unlucky having a room which was street level (the same floor as the reception area with the view outside being the top of the Spanish Steps) with windows NOT SOUNDPROOF at all. We really could not sleep since we could hear absolutely everything outside: people talking, any cars passing by, and early morning delivery truck drivers unloading with loud beeping noises. I understand some level of noise is exceptional, but we could hear people's conversations word for word and it felt like we were sleeping outside. If you can request to avoid this room in particular, I'm sure it will be a more pleasant stay.
