  : The quality of the rooms could possibly be improved. Just some signs of normal wear and tear for a relatively young hotel. But overall still very comfortable.

  : I was visiting a friend in Rome who lived near Movie Movie Hotel. Within walking distance to Rome's Metro which made going into the city very easy. Across the street from Cinecitta was a bonus. The room was very nice and comfortable as was the bed. Breakfast was most excellent with many choices. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Overall a good stay.
  : One of the reasons I booked at Movie Movie Hotel is that they offered laundry services. In my room was a laundry bag and a form to fill out to give an inventory of the clothing that needed washing (type/quantity). The form stated that if laundry was brought for washing by 9:30 am, the laundry would be done and delivered to my room by the afternoon. Perfect. Next morning I brought my bag of laundry to the front desk around 9:00am. I was then told that they now contract an outside laundry service provider and it would take 2 days for me to get my laundry done and returned. I had to leave the next day. Their form says one thing. The front desk says another. Very off-putting. They need to change their laundry forms to indicate this change.
