  : Good location, very central to Trevi fountain, shopping and food.
  : Staff member at check-in was exhibiting odd behaviour and then tried to give us a room where the card access didnt work and that didnt lock from the inside. Overall, we felt very uncomfortable at that point. We were upgraded to a room that locked but only after traversing the complex with our heavy suitcases. The bathrooms dont have doors, so not overly suitable for friends travelling together with the lack of privacy.

  : Very dark though typical of that building with minimal windows. Lights could be brighter. Difficulty getting in with the online entry key and little help from the number I called as given if an issue.

  : very well located, serviced daily as needed, beds very comfortable, able to get into room earlier than check in time
  : too dimly lit, tv didnt work, more free coffee pods would have been appreciated

  : Reception closes at 17.00, no restaurant on site, no room service

  : Great Location. Walking distance to all the tourist spots and shopping strips. Room was clean.
  : The room was much too small and dark for our family of 4( 2 adults x2adult sized teens). The 2 single beds were so close that might as well been 1 bed. No overhead lights just a few lamps. Not a place that we could rest comfortably in after a big day of exploring.

  : When we checked in nobody was there. We waited for a while and then finally a man who was painting went and got the individual working the front desk. He was abrupt, not helpful at all. Even when we left we asked if he could call a taxi and he said its difficult to get one now. All the other places we stayed on our trip were so much more helpful. The shower is not private at all. When someone would go to the washroom it echoed throughout the room. It was very inconvenient and embarrassing. Employees leave at 5 so if you need anything you are out of luck. They were quite cheap with the toilet paper. We ran out in the morning, left for the day, returned to our room to see it had been cleaned but no toilet paper was left. So 4 women, had to go from 6pm to 9am with no toilet paper! The rooms were dark and not inviting, our room did not look like the picture. There was a big piece of, Im not sure what it was, maybe an extra headboard, left right in the middle if the room, leaning against the wall, just taking up space. This was the only place we stayed where breakfast was not offered. I really did not like anything about this place.
