  : Very close to Coliseum. Has an elevator. Room was comfortable and efficient. Breakfast is included.
  : A little noisy due to being close to the street. Air conditioning was blocked by the curtains. Shower floor was extremely slippery.Looks sketchy from the outside but once inside felt safe.

  : I don’t have any problem with the property but I did have a problem getting into it. it’s advertised as a hotel but it is a very good Air B & B. They have a problem with who ever does there translating for them. They me plenty of emails asking would I like to check in on line and I choose to ignore them when it should read “ you must check in on line “

  : As good as the location is, it is also very noisy at night. The aircon unit was noisy and the shower head did not stay up. Kept falling down when in use.

  : Initially when I booked on booking.com I thought it was a hotel. So that is what I was expecting but it turned out to be a b and b which was the disappointing bit.However I could not fault the place very clean and staff where friendly and helpful.The location was excellent, hard to find initially as I was looking for a hotel!!! However we were able to walk into the city and having the colloseum right beside you was really good.

  : The location was amazing. Literally a few minutes walk to the Colosseum. I've stayed in this neighborhood before, in an AirBnB, so was looking for a hotel in the same area. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. I felt bad for them because it was so hot, and they sit in a small room with no windows and no AC all day, with just a tiny fan blowing on them. But even in miserable conditions, they were positive, friendly, and helpful! There was a partial view of the Colosseum from my room (but it was from the side and partially obscured by a large tree). The hotel is located inside a residential building that felt safe for a single traveler and the room was very clean. The coded entry into the building was very helpful when I returned at night, and made it quick and easy to get back into the building. Breakfast was provided as well, but for those used to the lovely breakfast rooms in many EU hotels, be aware that this is a pre-ordered breakfast brought to your room by the staff each day, and not a breakfast room where you can eat whatever you want and go back for a second cappuccino. Still, the breakfast was appreciated!
  : Aside from some interesting wall paper and cool lighting, the room was pretty basic. The bed was very uncomfortable with a mattress that was hard as a rock. It was incredibly hot the weekend I stayed (99F / 37C), and the AC unit was barely able to cool down the room. It was set back into a window alcove BEHIND the curtains, with no way to aim the cool air out into the room (the vent points straight up and doesn't move at all), so the only way to let the air into the room is to leave the curtains open, with a wide open view from the street into the room. Would recommend to the hotel that they add shades or curtains behind the AC unit (or custom curtains that are cut to fit around the AC unit) so that people can close the curtains for privacy but still use the AC. Would also recommend replacing that unit with one that directs the cool air into the room, rather than straight up at the ceiling, or even provide a fan in the room to circulate the cool air.

  : Nice location near the Colosseum and convenient to other areas. Room was spacious and had a refrigerator.
  : Air condition had difficulty keeping the room cool and hallways were not temperature controlled.
