  : The rooms themselves were delightful and so well put together. We definitely appreciated the old charm of the space.
  : The sofa bed in the suite was falling apart and not at all comfortable. The tub, though fancy, was too big to actually fill. But mostly, it was the noise. On NYE I was unsurprised but new year's day nighttime...partying in the square and local bars til 3am...ugh. I would highly recommend triple paned noise reducing windows otherwise on weekends this apartment doesn't really work as a place to sleep.

  : Noise from street. Bathtub wouldnt fill. Zink wouldnt drain. Misunderstanding about the taxi thAt was offered for free by Booking.com. Eventually we had to pay. Cost us 600 euro !

  : The hotel is right above a busy restaurant on the Main Street. The area is busy amd noisy until 2 am every night. Bring ear plugs.

  : The apartment itself was very nice especially the little terrace as was the location
  : Fifty steep stairs to reach apartment. Cleanliness obviously not a priority. Maintenance virtually nil. Ran out of toilet paper. Reported a broken shower head on day one, never replaced. Shower pan filled with water, blamed on the rain. No Nespresso machine nor soft drinks as advertised. Welcome staff not terribly welcoming. Awaken at four in the morning by people banging on the door claiming to be police and firefighters; called police to verify, finally let them in. They were looking for a water leak reported by downstairs neighbors. They found it at five A.M. and asked me to report it to the owners/agents, which I did and got a snotty answer and a promise to reimburse one night. Have not yet seen reimbursement . Light next to mirror in bathroom on one side of mirror only making it impossible to shave or for women to apply makeup correctly.

  : The location is great, in a very nice area, among numerous bars, cafes and restaurants. City centre and main attractions walkable distance. The space is comfortable. We stayed at the top apartment and it had a separate bedroom and living room, which was handy for two people staying there. The balcony is very beautiful.
  : I personally didn't mind, but the area can be quite noisy, both during the day, with a lot of supply and cleaning vehicles, and at night with a lot of people visiting the area. The apartment has soundproof windows, so we did not have any trouble sleeping, but if someone is more sensitive to noise, it might be an issue.

  : The location was awesome and the house was ancient and very nice looking. Also the self checkin due to our late arrival was very nice.
  : They say that there is a full minibar with free soda drinks, but accept for a water bottle there was nothing and their reply was “we are not a hotel” (why offer it then?). Then at our second day the pressure in the shower went away, only hot water was there but no cold and after a while no water at all. When we told them, they said it was our own fault (don’t know how, but it wasn’t theirs). Then they checked and said it was fixed, still no water was coming out (almost 40 degrees outside but no possibility to shower). After 6 days still nothing was done and they started blaiming it on the work from the city of Rome on the street. Which, after 6 days, doesn’t explains or helps us. After a certain point when we came back in the appartment, there was water all over the place due to leackages (probably the reason that there was no pressure). I wouldn’t suggest the property, as for the money there a lot better with better service (less rude).

  : The location is in the heart of Trastevere , very good for visiting ancient Rome and terraces and restaurants
  : As a disadvantage of the location, it is very noisy till late in the night and starting early in the morning.The name of the property does not concur with what you get. It was simply not clean, shower not working properly and a few more ..
