  : The walls are quite thin so you can hear your neighbours. If you're a light sleeper, bring ear plugs.

  : Amazing location very central,room was perfect for myself,staff were really friendly and helpful,lots of pre information on getting there and things to do etc.The guest house has a Boutique hotel vibe! I would stay again and definitely recommend!
  : Not the hotels fault however really loud shouty screamy woman in next room made the evening relax time a struggle! This is why l didn't give a full 10 score.

  : Claudia gave me a friendly greeting. Except for her I didn't see any other staff member with the exception of one receptionist who I meet briefly for around 2 minuttes. They have a free coffe machine, and the cleaning lady makes sure the room is tidy and clean every day. There is a mini fridge but it was not refilled during my stay but there is a minimarket down the street and a Coop about 5 minutes from the residence. They also give a discount card for breakfast at the local bar which is actually a bit of a joke since you pay around 2 euro for a cornetto and a coffe without the discount, With the card you receive a 20 cent discount which the owner/ staff member of the bar unapologetically just assume is a tip without asking, so in the end you end up paying the full price of 2 euro. The card only lasts for one breakfast.The residence is situated within walking distance of Via Veneto, Piazza di Spagna and Villa Borghese. There is a lot of pricey restaurants in the vicinity. Via Lombardia is also a very quiet street. The only noice is the occascional pleasant chime of the local church bell, and the not so pleasant sound from your neighbours room.
  : The name luxury and suite is a bit of a strech. This just the classical apartment converted into a B&B with only a b, and a discount card for breakfast which in reality is not a discount. I had the single room which is the smallest room of the apartment, and for half the price I have had bigger rooms in Roma and Italia. But the location was good.The walls and the doors are so thin that I could hear what my neighbours were saying and doing. The Internett has a tendency to fall out.

  : Apartments are located in a great location. Just few hundred meters from the Spanish Steps. Apartment was very clean.
  : Mattress of the bed should be replaced, it is worn out (not stiff) on one side of the bed. So it is not comfortable to sleep. Walls are not noise-proof, so I could hear my neighbors pretty loud. So sound isolation is very bad. If you will get noise tourists next doors, you might not be able to sleep.

  : Amazingly located hotel, a walking distance away from so many of Rome's landmarks. Very cosy and clean rooms with everything you could need. Friendly and personable staff. Highly recommend!
