  : Location was fantastic, staff made some excellent recommendations for restaurants.
  : The bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress was rock hard and the pillows were lumpy.

  : Our room had an unpleasant smell each time we returned but it dissipated once we opened windows.

  : The location was perfect. Close to a lot of the sights . The room was nicely decorated and clean. Staff were nice and friendly. The room we had was dark but good to sleep in and no outside noice.
  : Something happened to the fridge on the third day. We hadn’t realised and our milk etc went off.

  : The location was great and gave us the flexibility to visit all the sites within a 15 min walk.
  : The AC in the room was not working and with the summer heat, the room became unbelievably hot to sleep in. The hotel helped by providing a tower fan, but in the summer heat, the room was still pretty hot.

  : Very well located; easy walking to Vatican City, Coliseum and Market Square, a bit further (2km) to Trivelli Fountain and Central Train station, easy to get a taxi and bus. Lots of lovely eating places within 100 meters.
  : Stayed at Room 102 for 4 nights which had a ceiling with paint peeling off (in bits and chunks) throughout. This is a safety, hygiene issue and management should pull room out of circulation until fixed.There was a question of use of washing machine which was confirmed after we showed him the booking details.
