  : The value of money and location.
  : My sister went to kitchen boil water at night. During that time, there was a guy seated at the coach and the light was on. So she thought the light is meant to be on at the kitchen and she back to her room while water boiling. After few minutes she came out, the kitchen light was off and no one is in the kitchen. She turned on the light and she accidently turned off one switch in the kitchen (please note there is no note written at the switch to advise which light can be on or off). It was almost 12am at night and we were sleeping because we went out whole day in the morning to explore the city. The owner spam calling us at night and spam us the message due to this. I only saw owner's call and messages on the next morning after woke up and I have explained to him/her the situation. The owner is not very understandable and do not accept our apology. This is horrible because you cant call or disturb your customer at late night! You are not respecting the customer. Also, the bathroom has no place to put our shampoo and shower gel. We have to put them on the floor.

  : Very close to Termini, it was booked on purpose since we were staying only 1 night and needed to go to the train early in the morning. Check in was easy, the host communicated early through WhatsApp which I appreciated. Our rooms were very spacious, very clean. The bed was not the most comfortable but it was okay since it was for 1 night stay. Would book again.
