  : The staff did their best. Location was near metro, hop on hop off bus stand and the main train terminal.
  : Our room upon check in was awful. 2 single beds instead of double which they did offer to change. But mini fridge was dirty, air conditioning only worked on high speed. The window overlooked the back of an ugly courtyard belonging to apartment buildings. We moved room which they were happy to do but this wasted another hour or more to our check in. Alternative room was slightly better but much smaller. On our first evening, whilst in bed, other guests entered our room with a key which was very unsettling. We went down to reception to report and a very vague explanation was offered which didn't really add up and they apologised. We didn't really feel safe or secure after this incident. The hotel rooms were very tired and in need of refreshing, very small rooms and very uncomfortable bed/pillows. Bathroom also required a makeover. Toilet, tiles and shower jets very stained especially the toilet which left black marks in the bowl everytime it was flushed. No spare plug sockets and had to unplug lamps to charge our phones. The rooftop bar was only open for breakfast and after 5pm, so nowhere to have coffee/refreshments or snacks during the day which was inconvenient on check in and check out when we had time to spare. Furniture on outdoor terrace were in very bad condition, falling apart and most without their cushioned seat and back rests.We had arranged a surprise gift of fruit, cheese and bread platter for our friends celebrating their wedding anniversary upon their arrival which was carried out and they even added rose petals on their bed and balloons. We later learnt that the silver covers over the food were heavily stained and dripping from condensation which was very unpleasant. Hotel did however waive the charge but our surprise was a waste and rather embarrassing.

  : Restaurant bar closes too early. We went one night around 11pm and they told us to ask for something simple like a bear or wine, we left because I wanted a cocktail.The safe was not working, we reported it but it was never fixed.
