  : Maribelle was awesome, she was very accomodating and kind! Place is very clean, updated, charming and in a great location!
  : Communication was great up until the day of checkin when it was harder to contact the host so that we could drop off bags. But he did respond later and explained that he had a late night the day before. But Maribelle was there at the apartment to greet us and everything went smoothly after that.

  : It was centrally located and easy to get to the Vatican and other landmarks. It was very clean. Kids loved it as well.
  : Small tight showers for the American size family. Otherwise everything was very good

  : Fantastic to have 2 bathrooms with the 2 bedrooms. Staff were super helpful, which I really appreciated. The location was good too, walking distance to many places and public transport. Having a washing machine was also really helpful, although the washing took forever to dry. Overall, a good place to stay in Trastevere.
  : The street noise due to location (but that's life in Italy!).

  : The location was walking distance for many of Roma's historical sites. Close to the Tiber and wonderful night market.
  : Recommendation for local restaurant was a complete disaster!! "Da Carlone" was one that Lorenzo recommended. We were made to wait for over an hour for more water and our food, once initial drinks had been served and our order taken. When we were finally served our main course, everyone but my wife received food; her plate arrived 20 minutes later! The food was awful and the service.... worse than terrible! Lorenzo arrived at the restaurant over an hour after we did and was served immediately. This showed us that tourists are considered 2nd class to locals. Would have rated this much better if it was not for this poor choice of location to eat for guests. In candor, Romans seem to have a false opinion that they are better than non Romans. This it comes across loud-and-clear in the way you're treated. Our suggestion, avoid Roma all together. There are much nicer/friendlier places to visit in Italy.

  : Great location, apartment had everything for a perfect home stay, host was a nice friendly man very easy checkin and out. Will look to book again in the future
  : No issues, just noise, the location is noisy with restaurants and people outside walking around. But it added to the atmosphere

  : It was clean. And it was possible to have an extra bed next to the large one.
  : The pictures did not match the appartment. For the family room (5 persons) there were no separat bedroom. Instead it was a sofa bed in the kitchen and a large bed under the roof. Everything connected.Only one small window in the kitchen.
