  : Extremely friendly and accommodating staff! Clean, tidy with a really nice wash room/shower. Room has A/C and is very comfortable. Location is great for getting into the city centre quickly.
  : Could be a little noisy at times from other apartments and the city. But not sure there is anything that can be done about that. Partner found the room a little dark as not much natural sunlight gets to the room.

  : The location is good, close to the historical center (namely piazza navona). The rooms cleaning was also okay and the cleaning lady (Olga) was quite nice. There was shampoo and shower gel (not body lotion) in the bathroom. We had cold in the room but they immediately gave us a blanket when we asked for it. The check-out process was simple and we were given a key for the common area of the hotel to leave our luggage there during the day.
  : One of the 2 rooms was really noisy due to cars traffic and ambulances sirens which disturbed our sleep. Also there were always some light from outside so the room could not be completely dark. The check-in process was confused. It was allowed since 10am, we arrive at 5pm and one of the two rooms were not ready yet (we had to wait 45 minutes). Also we were told to pick up the keys in the restaurant in front of the hotel (since there was nobody to receive us at the hotel after 1pm) and we were received by rude employees who did not had our keys. Luckily Olga (the non english-speaking nice cleaning lady) was there and received us. Also the communication was not very good (mainly before the stay), took too long to answer (and sometimes did not even answer).

  : Location is great, within walking distance from most af the main attraction and great restaurants in Trasteverde. Room was clean and nice.
  : Check-in was not easy even though we came quite late (around 5pm). Also there was no information how to do the check-out so we just left the keys to main desk in the hall (there is no reception on site). There is also quite heavy traffic noice coming to room as it is located by a busy road.

  : As a first-timer visiting Rome, I don't think you can get a better location than this as it's close to everything (both restaurants and sightseeing). The room was spacious and everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.
  : Although the room itself may be satisfactory, the host's level of neglect is unacceptable. Despite receiving a paper with check-in instructions, there was no information provided regarding the check-out process. Additionally, the contact phone number provided for assistance was unresponsive, even when inquiring about basic necessities such as transportation to the airport or a faulty mini-fridge. It appears that the high ratings come from the previous host as she was attentive, but she is no longer working there. Late check-in or check-out results in a significant overcharge from 25 euros to a whole extra day of payment. Therefore, I recommend seeking alternative accommodations, as there are more attentive and caring hosts available, despite the central and attractive location.
