  : Rooms are dirty, not cleaned well. Their laundry service is appalling. its outsourced and there is no iron onsite. Its outsourced. So if you have a formal morning meeting and you nee ironing done..it cannot happen.HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED. They talk about safety issue.. not sure what those are as they could have their own controlled ironing room.

  : Sheets were badly stained on arrival and we had to ask for them to be changed Room had not been decorated for some time with lots of scuff marks on the wall. There was a large piece of crumbling plasterwork on the wall and a gouge in the bathroom door the size of a tennis ball Carpet was covered in many dark marks - ink ? wine? - not sure Shower enclosure was mouldy throughout - totally unacceptable at the price being charged The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned every day. It was attended to but not cleaned properly

  : The air conditioner is hot, the bathroom is in the swimming pool, the door does not work, and the appliances are old

  : The evening staff was helpful and organized.
  : The rooms walls were very dirty and unpainted. The morning staff was rude and not interested by the accident happens to us. During the night, after 4 am, the glass of our car was broken and lots ob valuable goods and belongings were stolen. In the morning gentleman from the morning staff even did not care about the situation and did not even call the police. We called the officials our selves even we did not know Italian language. The accident happened in the parking of the hotel, just 20 meters from reception. Even our request for hotel manager to help with the situation , the staff in the reception inform us that the day is Sunday and there no manager on duty. We also asked for CCTV cameras records but again was refused.
