  : Location is good, 5 mins walk from metro/train station, which will bring you to city centre in 4 stops. Building next door might look a little dodgy in the night with its graffities but you will feel totally safe. It is quite away from the busy city centre so you will get a good quiet sleep. Comfy bed and large bathroom.
  : The air conditioner did not work very properly. We tried to set it as higher but the room was not warm enough.

  : Staff, hotel is nice and room is comfortable.
  : Location, you have to take transportation to go to any tourism attractions. Otherwise you have to walk at least 1 hour. We stayed there in Christmas time 25,26 and we couldnt find any open shops/restaurants or place to buy sim card near the hotel.

  : Beautiful balcony in our room and interior design of hotel was wonderful. Staff were very friendly and helpful when we had an issue! Mini bar prices were actually very fair. Location is 2 minute walk from metro which takes you to the city centre in about 5 minutes which is perfect! Rooms were very clean and overall a lovely hotel.
  : Not a fan of breakfast, it needed more hot vegetarian options. Electricity went off for a few hours one morning due to work outside - though it was not to hotels fault it was very inconvenient and we had no communication until we asked about it ourselves. After complaining staff gave us a discount and were very sorry which was appreciated. Location was a bit run down surrounding hotel but this did not affect our stay.

  : More central would have been good but we did know this when we booked. Taxi service very good though, reception booked and can was there in one to three mins. Room was very hot even in January with heating turned off. Let balcony doors open when there

  : The room itself was nice, the terrace and the view were nice
  : There was a low-pitched noise (like the noise of a compressor) which was very loud in the room. It was probably coming from some equipment on the roof of the hotel. This noise was particularly annoying.
