  : Location is great Breakfast is also great, all kind of meals, including good quality coffee by request The room was cleaned every day, tea pot and minibar in the room. Our stay was during the New Year holidays and the hotel was very nice decorated. Also it was warm in the room. As for me - bed was comfortable, 2 pillows for each person. Great view from the windows
  : We had a pretty old room, nothing was broken, all functioning, but, anyway, need to be renewed or replaced. The key is classic, so you need to leave it on the reception every time you leave the hotel. Also the safe box inside the wardrobe wasn't fixed there - this way there were no sense to use it

  : Our whole experience with the hotel was bad. Room was smelly, closet was a joke. There were two lockers and none of them work. I had to get a physical key from the lobby for one of them to work, and that too was mechanically impossible. Beds were very hard and so thin, couldnt get any sleep at night. Bathroom size was reasonable but the water pressure was horrible. When we complained about the water pressure, they sent a guy to check and he kept saying something aggressively about the temperature in Italian and just left rudely. Later, front desk says thats the best water pressure we can get and if wanted to shower in a different room they can have us use a non-functional room on a different floor. Toiletries were so low quality, body wash almost lathered like a detergent. All of this was so sub-standard. Thermostat doesnt work at all and the fan was so noisy and kept getting louder into the night. We could not get a nice shower or a good night sleep, the two important functions a hotel is to provide for travelers. I honestly dont know how this kind of a hotel could qualify to be a 4-star hotel in Rome. Its mis-leading international passengers with sub-standard quality.

  : Fantastic, professional staff. Breakfast was abundant, high quality and delicious! I love that the staff made coffee drinks to order. We really felt cared for. Great location
  : The bed was unfortunately too soft and not comfortable. I like smaller rooms, but this was really cramped. Probably started out as a small room and then was renovated in accommodate a full bathroom. Furnishings were not very nice either.
