  : Had some issues with the room and brought them up to the receptionist and we were put in a new room the following dayClose to the Rome termini which was handy.
  : Some staff were very rude. We were placed in an entirely different hotel then what we paid for. Extremely overpriced for what you get, especially since you get put in a different hotel and potentially a room that wont even have a working shower or a clean bathroom. I wouldnt recommend unless you had no other options and wanted something central

  : We booked hotel Positano, but for some reason they moved us into hotel Giorgi, which had the following issues:Toilet StankBugs on the floorKey card did not work- had to ask staff whenever we wanted to unlock door.Faulty Air Conditioning- room too hot.No hot water in shower.Exposed plug sockets.

  : First off, when we appeared at thus property, we were escorted to another hotel a few blocks away. The attendant at the next hotel did not speak English and locked me out of the complex at 2am and couldn't get back in for at least a half hour or so. They only give you 1 key and the issued key was used to power the room for the other guest.

  : Be very wary when booking your stay..arrived at hotel to be moved to another,they said it was an annexe of the hotel but was totally different name..the place was disgusting and after 1 day I demanded to be put in my original booking place..they moved me back after 2 days and when I asked for a refund for the difference in price they kept fobbing me off

  : Theyre gonna send you to another hotel thats three minutes walk away from the Hotel Positano. But the location of the other hotel is really good. Its about 3 minutes walk to the Termini station where shuttle buses to the airport depart. At the check-in theyre gonna demand you to pay city tax in cash, so be prepared. But overally the staff was really nice and willing to help. The rooms where a little bit more low cost but for sleeping its enough, we were away the whole day anyway. After check-out you can leave your luggage there with them if you still wanna explore the city and you can come later to get it. Their reception is 24/7, so you can even check-in late.

  : Upon Arrival to Hotel Positano ~ 1 AM on October 15, 2023 we entered the location and the receptionist took our information and charged us 30 Euros for the accommodation tax. After everything is done, we expected to go to our rooms which obviously its supposed to be on the same address. However, it was very sketchy the man told us we are going to another location, my wife whose 5 months pregnant was already exhausted from the previous day and she was very scared to follow this man this late at night to another location that we didn't agree on (it felt like kidnapping), the man didn't even explain to us where we going. We ended up walking for 10 minutes to another location that had a bunch of other hotel names (hotel giorgi). We went in there and he started speaking to his friend in another language and told him to give us a room. We were very exhausted and it was very hot in the building, and my wife almost fainted.So, we went to the room and it was a disaster, we couldn't believe that thats the room we booked. It was two single beds (instead of 1 which we requested), there was no AC (which was advertised as one of the amenities and its one that we highly need), and the shower had no hot water. At this time it was almost 2 am and we both were very exhausted and couldn't feel our legs. My wife refused to stay in this room as it was different than the room that we requested and posted online, and on top of that it had a very strange smell. So, we decided to take our stuff and go speak with the man and hopefully he will give us a better room but instead he kept saying there is hot water and the there is a fan in the room. He came to see the room and turned on the water tap for 10 minutes until hot water came, and we were not okay with the fan because again we paid for a room that has proper AC. We told him no this is not acceptable, this is not even the same building we booked on.
