  : The Room was modern and clean with good lightning. I liked the physical key instead of the magnetic badge. Bathroom was rather new with a beatiful and large shower.
  : I usually expect scrambled eggs or bacon but only boiled eggs were available. You must make your own coffee at the automatic machine. No fruit or fruit salad. The room was small and looked rather old

  : The front desk staff were nice and informative, but that's it. We enjoyed leaving.
  : Just about everything. Breakfast was basically cold cuts of ham, salami and cheese, hard boiled eggs, toast juice and coffee. (Not my idea of good breakfast and lacked in comparison to other places we've stayed). The room smelled of sewer gas which was absolutely gross and foul. The air conditioner was on a timer and malfunctioning which stopped operating every 15 minutes throughout the night. I had to leave my room key at front desk when we left for excursions which made me feel like they wanted to look through our room. Elevator was broken.... When I mentioned all these problems to staff they said there was nothing that could be done and gave me a 1 day parking credit..."thanks" Not staying there again for sure lolol

  : The stuff are very supportive. When we checking, they give us very bad room, which was totally differ from what we have seen in booking.com. So I was expected to receive negative answer on my desire to choose another room. But right after I asked, they gave me another key to check additional room. All towels were changed everyday in the morning. The room was cleaned very good.
  : The price is much more higher than it should be for this kind of property. For 4 days for 2 people we have paid 707 euro. The hotel is 10 minutes from Termini Rome and 30 minutes by walk to Trevi Fountain. The room is pretty clean but very old. Breakfast are very poor, the same food 4 days. If we can consider this hotel cheap, then it would be perfect, but for this money you expect much more.
