  : Rooms are nice, specious and well decorated.
  : Really bad experience considering we didn’t have our beds blankets changed (we left the room for 2 hours, so apparently there is no communication within the staff).They have a sign saying “we are green, if you leave the towels on the rack we will not change them”. We did it, but they changed they. This makes me wonder if they are only greenwashing.I booked this place because they said there is a gym, but when arrived this was not accessible and no communication was made. They told us only there, and they offered to find a gym to go where I should have paid.Finally, during breakfast we had to chase after the waiters just to have a coffee. It seemed we were like unwanted guests.Overall bad experience and absolutely not valuable for the money paid by far!

  : Breakfast good.Perhaps need to change the coffee beans you use, not a great flavour.Cleaning of the room very good.
  : The taxi from airport to hotel organised by booking.com was with a driver called Mauro Z.He was excellent.Nice vehicle and Mauro was well dressed,courteous and drove calmly and competently. The taxi organised at the hotel for our return trip to the airport today at 10.00am ( 5th Feb 24) could not have been more different.The driver rarely had both hands on the wheel as he was texting several times and made at least 2 calls on his phone- he was not hands free. He drove too fast and erratically and was cursing other drivers.It was not a pleasant trip.On the inside of the rear door on the drivers side was this writing - Coop.TASSISTI CINECITTAB85Via OPITA OPPIO n 27I hope it helps identify him and changes are made who the hotel chooses to drive its patrons.We paid €60 for a scary experience.
