  : Everything was clean. The location was amazing. Great prize and best of all the staff. They contacted us a week before our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. We got awsome tips from them and they made our whole trip special. Would recommend and we will definatly return here.

  : I had the displeasure of staying at Boutique Nazionale, and I cannot emphasize enough how atrocious my experience was. It was a complete and utter nightmare from start to finish. I booked a room expecting basic human standards, but what I got was a subpar living space that left much to be desired. Upon entering the room, I was hit with a stale, musty odor that clung to every corner. The lack of ventilation was immediately apparent, making the room feel more like a poorly-maintained dungeon than a place where one should be able to relax. In addition to the substandard conditions, I encountered an issue and decided to reach out to the staff for assistance. However, my request for compensation was met with complete silence. It's baffling how a supposedly customer-oriented establishment could disregard a guest's concerns without offering any form of acknowledgment or resolution. The lack of response to my request for compensation speaks volumes about the level of customer service at Boutique Nazionale. It's clear that they prioritize cutting corners and maximizing profit over ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of their guests. I strongly advise anyone considering a stay atBoutique Nazionale to think twice. There are countless other options that undoubtedly offer better accommodations and superior customer service. Save yourself the headache and choose a hotel that values its guests and provides a standard of living that doesn't fall below the bare minimum. There are so many hidden things that could pop up. Please read all negative comments, everithing is like that. They will replay to the comment that thay offered another room in andvance with additional charge, but nobody said about this room conditions, and why they offered. Room with no windows does not mean stale toilet on bus station.

  : The rooms is old furnished. The hair dryer only works in 5-10 seconds. Then it doesnt work. I had to check out to catch the train and had to go out with wet hair.
