: Location was exceptional, very close to Piazza Spagna and at about 3 minutes walk to Piazza Barberini, the flat is spacious and well proportioned and the host was very helpful and kind, ready to assist us with everything we needed and answer all our questions.
: The air conditioner system in the bedroom wasn't cooling, it was just ventilating and indoors were 28 degrees Celcius. Also, there was no toilet brush.

: The location is very good. Close to the biggest sights, museums, restaurants, two metro stations. Geographically it was a great choice
: Airconditioning hardly works. It takes hours to decrease a tempreature by two celsius degrees.The "personnel" do not speak "Polish". They hardly speak English. A guy is showing me a dishwasher and calls it a "washing machine". Full stop. Thank you very much.The "carpet" in a so-called living room requires a deep cleaning.During my stay the owner decided to enter the apartment and made some amendments (to install the kitchen door, to be more specific). So one morning, for more than two hours, I had uninvidted guests: two men and one woman. I said very directly what I think about the entire situation and after some, not so nice, discussion they decided to return the money for one night. That's OK and I accepted the deal. But it doesnt change my opinion about their actions. So beware and expect unexpected. They treat you like a necessary evil, nothing more.EDIT: After booking.com published the above the owner decided to contact me. In a message sent through WhatsApp I was called "a big piece of s....t" and a "son of a b...ch". That beautiful show of the eloquence was just a beggining. "Something really bad wait you" (original spelling), he continued - "There is a reason if you are travel alone ans is because you are a big pieces of s..t". Of course he blocked me before I could even reply (not that I really wanted to, but still), and - surprise, surprise - it wasn't the end. 10 minutes later I received another part of insults and names, this time sent from a different phone number. He became even more picturesque wishing me "the worst cancer in thw world" and hoping to meet me again in Italy "and crash your facs of a small penis frustrated person". Then there was a sentence or two about me having an intercourse with my mother and buying sexual services. And that's it. I did not make up this story, I have screenshots as an evidence.
