  : We liked the staff working in the hotel, they were really helpfull and kind. Room was relatively big, nice and clean. My son adored games in the lobby - that was nice extra perk, we have not counted with.
  : I wish there would be a note on the page, that pool will be closed. It was one of the reason, why I choose this hotel. Furthermore, hotel was relatively far from the old centre, so we spent lot of time and money in the taxi.

  : Connectivity to the city center via bus is good. Hotel's aroma was nice. good breakfast.
  : A little outside of the city. Shady neighborhood, so you should be a little cautious at late-night while walking nearby. Hotel facilities timings, like you can't access the poolside to relax after 6 PM after walking around the city the whole day.

  : The rooms AC was not working...the room was cold.The staff in the dining area was not always welcoming, and it felt like "she" rushed the guests out and about...

  : I was surprised when I got my room literally in front of the elevators and thought I was not going to sleep because it was going to be too noisy and busy but I even if of course you could hear people when they were being loud, it wasnt too much of a problem and managed to sleep very well. Also the bathtub was HUGE and I really appreciate that! Overall it was very nice and clean and the restaurant had an amazing pizza, very flavourful with a very good dough!
  : The location is not the best if you want to be in Rome to do touristy things. Youll have to get a taxi or a couple of buses to get anywhere near the centre. Also they need a credit card as a deposit but if you dont have one they take cash deposits so you better have cash! The app didnt work and if you want to order slippers or bathrobes you have to go downstairs to reception

  : Good accessibility from the hotel to the city center. Shops, cafes, bus stop nearby the hotel.
  : The receptionist gave us a room on the 1st floor, which has a large neon logo of the hotel right in front of the window (approx. 1 meter from the window), so it was shining into the room all night (the curtains shone through), you sleep like in Las Vegas. Early in the morning and late in the evening, you could hear and smell the noise and stench from the reversing buses right in front of the hotel, waiting for tourists with the engine running, the buses were reversing into the street, so the beeping sound wakes you up like an alarm clock. In front of the hotel, right under the windows, guests smoke, so the stench of cigarettes on the 1st floor could be felt. I traveled with my child and we slept in the hotel for 3 nights (not one!), I don't understand why they gave me perhaps the worst room in the hotel. I assumed that the hotel was completely full and that they could not give us another room, but that was not the case. Disappointment.
