: It is located in a quiet part of Trastevere: 5min walk away to the train station which was very convenient, 10-15min walk to Testaccio. The owner was very responsive to my inquiries by email and the self checkin was very well organized. The room is pretty small but very new and clean.
: There was a hammering noise that started at 8am from the neighbors.

: Was a very spacious room with access to a large and well-equipped kitchen. The room was clean and very secure. Air-con worked well. Would stay here again.
: Was quite a long walk from the main train station. Was also around a 30-40 minute walk into the centre of the city.

: It is a nice place to stay, it is bit far from the attractions, but very well connected by train and several bus lines. Clean and comfy.
  : nothing

: We liked just about everything. Everything was clean, the room was big enough for us and it was very nicely decorated. The system was also great, there was no key to carry around and potentially lose. Andrea checked up on us constantly to see if we needed anything and even gave us a lot of instructions before the trip, so we could find our way around the city and from the airport easily, which we highly appreciated. The kitchen was also a huge plus, it was what made us decide to come here. We had a big fridge, microwave and even salt, tea and other things that we used a little of and didn’t have to buy in a bigger container. It was also quiet, because it doesn’t face the front of the building / the boulevard. We also had a bus that stopped right in front of the building and there is a train station nearby as well.
: There wasn’t much to dislike. The first evening we didn’t have hot water, but we did for the rest of the stay. The cleaning lady came a bit early, at 10 and we wanted to have breakfast after packing our bags, but she was nice and stopped for a bit so we could eat. The only recommendation I would make, because Andrea asked, would be maybe some slippers so you don’t have to bring any, but other than that, everything we needed was there.

Very Good

: Room very nice, very clean; nice bathroom. The cleaning gal we met (before we left) was very sweet and hard-working.Close proximity to train station very appreciated.Andrea at Green Rooms was so helpful and courteous and prompt in response to any concerns.
: Unfortunately each day it was noisy all evening and somewhat early in the morning. Folks overhead sounded like they were moving furniture... Also, it was a bit farther from center of Trastevere area than we would have wanted, but we didn't know. And we enjoyed our long walks! Too we are aware there is good bus service up Viale di Trastevere. And it is a trade-off with the location near the train station, so no worries.

: The construction didn’t bother us but it should have been stated in the information — with closed, black-out windows you don’t get any natural light.
