  : “Absolutely nothing”… except the location.
  : I had my worst experience ever for a vacation stay with this place. It’s absolutely horrible.I demand a full refund.This place should not be listed on booking.com. It is affecting their credibility as a website.Here is my story and the torture this place has let me and my family go through.We arrived on a hot July afternoon, and there was no air conditioner working in the middle of summer with temperature outside hitting 100F. The apartment has no fan and no cross ventilation. It smells like a combination of cigarette smoke and mildew.We raised the A/C issue immediately with the host and he said it will cool down. We waited for 1 hr and nothing happened. We raised it again with the host and no response for that whole day. I sent like 10 messages and there was no response from the host. Absolutely terrible. We had to spend the whole day and whole night in hot sweaty conditions. And there was nothing the host said or did. The next day they left one table fan while we were out in the city (and didn’t message us that they will be accessing the property behind us). Also, still no communication on the A/C issue!!To top it off, there was no hot water in this place!!I raised it with the host the same day as my check-in. They said they are looking for a technician who can fix it. I followed up a few time that day, but they decided to maintain a radio silence until the next day.After that they informed us that there is a problem with water system and they won’t have any hot water for the rest of our stay. Come on, this is crazy that we are paying so much and the basic necessities are missing in this place.This place is not fit to host a family. The host communication is terrible and they just decided to run the clock and don’t provide any help. The owner and the person who hosted us knew this in advance but they didn’t inform us about any of this at the time of check in, and even lied (that it will cool down) when we raised the air conditioner issue.

  : There was no air-condition and hot water we get informed upon arrival about it with my family at 8 at night and wanted to cancel by ourselves or stay there for three days. It takes us more than one hour to make them cancel with no fee with booking on the line. We need to find a new room at 9.30 at night instead going for dinner as we have planned. They only did it when we were ready to call the police.

  : We didn’t have any hot water for showers. We were told the aircon is faulty and not working, so no aircon in 36°C +. Although the aircon was working in the lobby of the building. Mould in the bathroom on the shower glass panel. Broken basin, no back panel for the toilet. Walls were dirty. The rooms advertised on Booking.Com was not what we got.

  : Nothing.No HOT WATER or AIR CONDITIONER for out 4night stay and when we tried to say something to our manager he said it was suppose to be getting fixed then he just ignored us especially when we ask for some money back. We would never recommend this property to anybody. We would appreciate some help from bookings.com in try to getting some money refunded.

  : I want to get my money back as I paid cash please refund the amount to my card because there is no ACs so we couldn't sleep and no sofa bed the bed only for 2 person I and my wife didn't sleep since yesterday and we have a flight back now it's horrible day

  : Awful experience, stay away from it. only good thing is the location. The apartment floor was very dirty, marks on walls and floor, washing machine had been removed and left marks across the floor, broken furniture , no balcony, poor view from the window and the list goes on, the property was average at most and far from the luxurious apartment advertised, air conditioning not working got given a fan , no apologies or anything, 0 communication from hosts, check in was a nightmare with no one there or answering the phone, eventually text me back and sent someone that didn't speak English. The second day I found out there was no hot water in the property, again tried to speak to someone about it just ignored my calls or texts. Bumped into the host he laughed and said the whole building had no hot water!! After asking some local lady who lives in the building she said that was a lie.... After this happened to me I dug into the reviews to find a lot more people complaining about the same issues since January!!!! Avoid this property at any cost!!
