: Location - very close to all areas of Rome, ideal for sightseeing. Some fabulous restaurants nearby and lots of quaint streets to explore

: The apartment is well located generally, though in a rather dodgy backstreet. It was in an interesting historic building and the apartment had a lot of character.
: The owners have listed the address wrongly as another building 100m around the corner (clearly for a long time as its on Google maps and Booking.com wrong). The correct address is Via Beatrice Cenci, 7a. Because of this our taxi left us in the wrong place and we had to walk with all our luggage around the street once we had finally got through to someone. There is one floor of stairs before you can use a lift so not suitable for those with mobility problems. The apartment does NOT have air conditioning despite saying it does. There are two air conditioning units and these do switch on but they dont chill the air and leave the apartment warmer. The apartment was hotter than out in the street despite fans and windows open. (It was 37C in Rome and we went out to cool down!) Most things were either broken or in poor condition. Plug sockets were wobbly and didnt seem safe. Kitchen cupboard under the sink was rotting. No plugs in kitchen or bathroom sinks. Shower tray didnt drain well but a plunger is provided. Fridge door shelves falling off. There was one wine glass and a few assorted tumblers. All the ornaments are glued to the units they stand on so you have to put most things in the floor. The back door only opened half way. Floor of the outside space is falling apart. The overall standard was student digs. Ive rated it as high as 3/10 as my children thought it was cool.

: - The interior is nice and rustic- The terrace is great- The beds were comfy- There is an elevator- Nice entrance to the building
: - The apartment is way smaller than it looks like- There is no 3rd room - only a sleeping area at the "attick" where is no space to keep bags or language. So basically, it is a two rooms apartment. - The kitchen is very small. - Some surfaces could be cleaner. - No living room space
