  : Doors are not sound proof, every morning we could hear other guests roaming in the common corridor. Heating was not available during our stay, so we got a little cold during nights and our wet coats and shoes (which got wet during rain on the same day) were not able to dry…

  : I was surprised at how much I enjoyed this accommodation. Once I sorted the digital check-in (read everything before you arrive), it was simple to access. The wifi worked great. The room was large by european standards and centrally located. The noise-reducing windows made a huge difference when closed. I also appreciated the mini-fridge in room which is a perk for Italy. The bed was also large and both it and the pillows were comfortable. I didn't use any of the common areas so cannot comment on those. I would 100% stay here again. You can't beat the value!
  : The digital check-in ahead of time seemed daunting when cellular service isn't great traveling internationally.

  : The hot water in the shower was not consistent, and lasted not more than 2 min. at a time before becoming cold.

  : Online check-in was very smooth, the room was lovely and always at the perfect temperature. Great location and reasonable price for what is a modern and high quality room.
  : Cleaners start too early and barged into my room even before the checkout time... Also, there is little to no sound proofing to the hallway and kitchen, so you can hear everything outside, and even things happening inside the rooms near to you. It's very cheap and easy to sound proof just the doors to the rooms so please consider this.

  : Really liked everything about the hotel itself. Rooms cleaned every day, clean towels and bed sheets, a mini fridge in the room to keep water cool. There was also a coffee machine in the common room. Area very central, walking distance from most attractions.
  : The air conditioning in our room was broken and was not fixed during our stay. Also due to Covid, there was no physical reception, only a phone number to call the staff. This would have been fine, if you don't experience any big problems like we happened to.
