  : great location, only a few minutes from the subway. many bars, gelateria, supermarkets etc. i had an issue with the AC and one of the owners solved it within 15 minutes, he was super responsive, available to fix it and really cared about me having a good experience.breakfast is also good in the morning
  : nothing really, perhaps a clearer check in process with instructions sent in advance might help

  : The staff was very helpful with making adjustments to our booking prior to our arrival.
  : Breakfast buffet was acceptable, not great. We were 3 groups traveling together. 2 of the groups had no problems with the stay. The last group repeatedly didnt get bedding and towels in their room??

  : Central location in relaxed area, good breakfast, and a spacious room with an very comfortable bed
  : The windows were in the ceiling and difficult to reach, and the room got rather warm and humid. There was an aircon, but it was difficult to operate, so make sure to get the manual for that. Also we were expecting a bit more from the jacuzzi set up. It was really just a shower with a rain shower head and some sprinkels, and not very spacious. I think perhaps the rooms on the ground floor, which had verandas, would have better indoor climate. I guess some of the other rooms (6 in all) must have had the jacuzzi mentioned on the booking site. A big up for the hotel was the owners restaurant next door, which was very good in terms of food, service and value for money. The hotel was rated with 4 stars. I think 3 would be more reasonable.

  : Good location.
  : Electricity was turned off for two times. First time we wrote to staff and they came in about 20-30 minutes and fixed it. Then electricity was turned off in the middle of the night. When we woke up to pack our luggage we could not simply find anything it the room. And our phones were not charged. Luckily, we found a candle in the corridor. The bad thing is that we were the only people in the hotel. the stuff was absent during the night. Quite unpleasant experience.
