  : The room was compact, especially the bathroom, but clean and with everything we may need. The staff was amazing and the bed was extremely comfortable.
  : The localization is not the best one if you are willing to stay near the city center (30min walk to Fontana di Trevi, for example). Also it has been a pain for us to not have luggage locker service.

  : Great location. 5 minutes away from the colossus with a nice selection of restaurants, supermarkets and metros nearby. It was easy to find and had remote access upon checking in. WhatsApp messenger service was useful for contacting the front desk. Fridge in the supplied us with free water and juice drinks upon arrival. The old "ghostbusters" style building with the vintage lift inside was fun.
  : When it says "the room is not soundproof," it means from top to bottom. From the about the third night in, we had people above us moving out at 1am, and we heard everything. Every footstep, clank of the metal coat hanger, wheels of the suitcase. Hard floors and poor insulation aren't a good mix. So expect noise from neighbours (all around) and the aircon too. Our room was smaller than the ones on the booking.com photo. Maybe with the genius discount, you get a smaller unfinished room?Cleaners were keen every day, so don't expect to sleep in after 9am when they start hoovering the hallway, waking everyone on the same floor up. Even despite the cleaner working every day, they do not dust above 6ft, maybe they are only short?They have a weird system of cleaning your room and replacing towels/sheets every 3 days, but if you want anything prior to 3 days you have to pay extra. For me, this just increased the stereotypical term "having an Italian wash.". The shower looked unfinished, needed repainting, but was fully working.

  : This little business was located near Colosseum, there were great restaurants in the neighborhood. You can walk everywhere but also take bus or metro. Very friendly staff. Room was very clean, spacious and there was efficient air cooler.
  : Soundproofing wasn't great but that didn't really disturb us as the other guests were pretty quiet.

  : Excellent location - you live near Colosseum and can walk in the city center within 30 minutes. Also, a supermarket and restaurants are around too.There's street parking - 4EUR/8hr- more affordable than in weird Florence with ridiculous prices.
  : Poor WiFi - the old building has thick walls, and their router can reach you.
