  : Bit expensive for a self check in. But, Rome is expensive and this shouldn't be a reason to not choose this b&b.

  : The location is perfect and the contact with Claudio was excellent. The room is big and has everything you can need.We really liked the café nearby where we had the breakfast.
  : The mattresses were old and not confortable. They need to be changed.The bathroom was always clean but had mold on the walls.

  : Location is perfect for a weekend in Rome and communication was really smooth with Claudio via WhatsApp. all the service you can expect (late check in, luggage storage…) despite communications being made online and not through someone at the front desk.
  : Room was decent and clean but unfortunately, despite being on the court side we were woken up several times every night because of a shared bathroom located right by our bed. Noise isolation was poor but the real problem was an extremely loud water pump mechanism that would woke us up several times a night, sometimes being stuck for an hour straight making it impossible to sleep. This comment probably only applies for the room we stayed in during our stay.

  : Not having the bathroom in your room, but it was fine. Had your personal bathroom outside.

  : If you Are looking for quite place at night, this is certainly not.
