  : The location (access to the Colosseum by walk), the bubble bath in the room, the comfortable bed, the quiet street and lot of choice for breakfast.
  : A little bit hard to find the appartment at the first sight.

  : NOTHING. I do not recomand this place for anybody. the room was by a large ugly kitchen and did not have the windows transparent. and it was not the room we have booked and paid. a disaster that costs us time, nervs and money. we left, with no money back.

  : WhatsApp service prior to arrival was good (assistance on how to find the place and transport from airport to location). Location is excellent. Right in the middle of everything, within walking distance to almost all attractions and cafe/restaurant
  : Didn't except the room to be a 5 star, but there was a very strong smell of sewage coming from the bathroom. So we had to have the windows open all night. Also, not soundproof at all. You can hear the cups and plates from the common room (breakfast area) e and people walking around the premises inside and out.

  : The bathroom needs to be renovated and the breakfast was same both of the days unfortunately.

  : the location was fantastic for going to see the major historical sites within Rome
  : the property said it has a view of the coliseum and showed pictures that were not of the unit we rented. basically the apartment complex turned their common room into 4 apts and your view was of the outside courtyard walkway. it was noisy and we were glad we only booked 1 night stay
