  : the room and bathroom were good and the price was excellent. The location is near to Termini station so that’s very good but the immediate area is a little run down or under repairs.
  : No-one answered when I first rang the bell so I went to a nearby café , charged my phone and called. The person who answered couldn’t speak English, but when I arrived it was all fine. The guy who spoke English turned up and explained everything. The only thing was he didn’t know I’d already paid through booking.com but he accepted I had when I told him so. He kindly helped me get an adapter. Maplink is very simple and basic and not much like a hotel but the room was clean and the sheets and towels were nice and fresh and the water was warm. The breakfast is almost non-existent, apples, tea bags and hot and cold water, that’s all; and although I was there for 70 hours I never saw another staff member all the time. I just left the keys and departed.

  : The host met us late in the evening outside of the check-in hours. The Interior design was nice. You could tell it's hand made.
  : The service wasn't good at all. As other guests have mentioned, there is no breakfast, only a few packed croissants and coffee which should be considered as complements rather than breakfast.On the second day someone had made our bed and folded the old towels (we were staying only for 3 nights and I didn't expect a change of towels or bedsheets). There were lots of mosquitoes and I had killed one with a towel and it still stood on the folded towel - right on top! As if it was left there on purpose... It would have been okay if they didn't change or touch/fold anything but to leave the dead bug on the towel and to just fold it was strange. Also, our pajamas were moved from the bed on that space in the wardrobe where people leave their suitcases, i.e. the dirtiest in the entire room. That was really unpleasant

  : It was a good clean room and good location to the train station less so to the attractions of Rome but still with public transport easy enough.
  : There is no sign for the hotel and no writing on the ringer outside so you won't know you're at the right place when you arrive. This made for a strange check-in which if you don't have a working phone would be a huge problem. We were a last minute booking so I'm sure that was part of it but we were there before 7pm as that was the cut off for check-in and No one was there.

  : The staff was very helpful and kind. The location was very close to the train station.
  : The shower drain was backed up and I got bit by mosquitoes in the room.

  : The room was very clean and beautiful, well prepared for us. Furniture was nice. Good location, near the central station. Easy to reach all the places in the city - approx. 30 min walk. Next to the hotel was excellent coffee bar.
  : At arriving nobody was there, had to call, but noone answered. At the entrance we met the housekeeper, who finally could call the owner. Room was not ready at 12, had to wait 30 min. Beforehand we wrote a message, asking if we can arrange a taxi from airport (as it was mentioned as an option) and that we will arrive 1h earlier, but the answer was only a day after we were already in the room. The walls are very thin, you can hear the neibghours talking, not to mention music or tv etc.Only cash payment was possible. And keep in mind that noone is at the reception, if you need anything you have to call.P.s. The breakfast was just symbolic (croissants, jam, bread, juice and simple coffee (no milk)), but it was fine for us, as we went to coffee bar next door.
