  : Clean, good location
  : Very noisy, people banging on things upstairs from 4am, old key, bathroom and room not together, very troublesome to lock and open the door, and very noisy, and scolded by other tenants for locking the door. All in all a very bad experience! No lift and no front desk.

  : Location is one of its privileges. Although many travel experience s shared safe problem in Rome. But environment around the hotel is very safe. We always return the hotel about9-10pm. Sometimes I thought I was in a different Rome from other experiences shared in internet.

  : Great! Caring for details such as hairdryer, soaps, shampoos, shaver etc
  : Nice isolated from the street, but sounds from the neighbour's are very loud, could hear people talking or walking or shutting the door on the hall- it woke us up several times. That's the only minus.

Disappointing

  : the guest House has a great location - we walked to every tourist attraction the whole week. The aircondition worked perfectly, and the staff cleaned the room every day :)
  : We slept in the chinese room for a whole week, and it was very Dark with the dark red walls and very small. The room only consisted of a bed, one bedside table, an old cabinet, a sink and a small desk. The bed was not soft to sleep in, thus we did not sleep very good - but that is just a personal preference. The corridor overall in the room was so tight, that you couldn’t pass each other on the same side of the bed. We had booket the stay with our own bathroom facility, but out private bathroom was located in the other side of the guest House - which is not pleasant, when you have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Furthermore the bathroom smelled a bit mouldy.

  : The location perfect near to all sites you can see piazza di spagnia and scalinata in 5 minutes and everything is in your hands too close! Francesca guesthouse was very polite thank you very much it everything was nice .she left us to leave also our things all day the last day because our flight was at night
  : Booking says that our room has balconi it has a window but it was OK nothing too important Ana we wanted double bed it was two single beds united.
