  : We arrived later in the day say they gave us the code and there was an envelope with our name with keys at the desk located in the lobby. It was a great location!! We walked to all the little neighborhoods and especially close to the only Steelers Bar in Rome!! Say hi to Giovanni!! Anyway, the apartment was spacious and we had a small terrace. Both rooms had an air-conditioner which was important for us!
  : The second bed was in the main living area. My 18yr old daughter slept there. She is a messy traveler

  : The location is great, and the room was relatively clean. There is an elevator but to reach it you will still have to climb 10-15 stairs, so beware if you have heavy luggage.
  : the room is smaller than one could expect from the pictures and the balcony isn't a real balcony (i was in room 402). Overall, I think the price is too high, behind the door it said maximum price for a night 220 euros, I paid 330 euros. At 220 it would have been real fair, at 330, it feels like a small rip-off.

  : The location and the staff are excellent.
  : Unfortunately, the room and building are really dated. The sink gets clogged. The room is quite dark and the building stairs are old and broken. The terrace is not as nice as the photo suggests and the courtyard is dirty and overgrown. There is also a flight of steps to get to the elevator (this needs to be clearly explained for people with mobility issues, children, or a lot of luggage) and parking is inconvenient. The safety deposit box is not attached to the wall and there is no door on the bedroom.This property looks much better in photos. If the property owner does not have control over the building maintenance, it is strongly suggested they update the room. As is, the room is too dated and dark for the cost. This also leaves the room feeling unclean.

  : The location of this apartment is ideal! We were able to walk everywhere in Rome to see the main sites, and there was also easy access to the bus if we were tired of walking. The room was really nice and it was well stocked with oil/salt/pepper in the kitchen area. The reception staff were really helpful and friendly, and able to give us great advice during our stay.
  : When we were there the elevator had broken which meant walking up several flights of steps. We also found the room to generally be quite bright, so an eye mask is needed.

  : Although darker than the photo's, it was still a nice place to stay. It felt like we were in someone's apartment and didn't feel like a sterile boring hotel room. We were very happy with our choice to stay here and would book here again should we go to Rome again (which I hope we do). It's in a great location with lots of food/drink places around and very close to a Piazza Navona. Be sure to book an evening at the Jerry Thomas Speakeasy just across the road. An amazing experience. Also a quick walk to Trastevere for some great places to eat.
  : The aircon unit in the bedroom didn't work as well as the one in the main room. Not a big issue though as still cooled.. just not as well.
