: The location was great. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was very spacious.
: It was difficult to communicate with the staff or owner because the hotel is not using WhatsApp. Furthermore, if assistance is required with anything the staff is only at the hotel in the morning. There was no one to greet guests if you arrive in the afternoon. They provide a code to get into the hotel. Once your in then you pick up an envelope with the keys. I had a panic upon arrival because for some reason the door was not opening with the code and I couldn’t reach anyone since all I had was WhatsApp to call. After several tries I got in.

: The location was great, if you want to be in the middle of everything in Rome, you should stay in Campo Marzio!! Also, the staff was very helpful and the room (the major suite) was big. The breakfast was nothing special it was very simple, but it was OK.
: First of all the room (the master suite) was dirty, really unpleasant!!! The dust, you can see everywhere, on any piece of furniture in the room!!! In the bathroom the taps and even the walls were full of scale and all the bathroom fittings were full of rust. Into the shower you will find a piece of wood (wood planks) at the floor full of mold, also the taps where full of rust and scale and the floor as well (you can see big white stamps under the wood planks) and the water ... you have to wait several minutes to get warm!!! The toilet, as long as we stay there was never clean! Also I ask if thay have the kindness to place in to my room a bouquet of flowers and a bottle of wine (i know is a special request and i don't have the demand to do it) and also to dook me a private car to pick me up from the airport, is something that thay say that they do! (The car) it was about 10 in the morning (in Italy) and we suppose to arrive at 14:45, so .... they answer me that is too late for any requests and I can find a taxi outside of the airport! We where very despondent! Also a friendly advice, if you want to say that you have a luxury suite for 300 and 500 euros a day, at least buy a cleaner and clean it!

: i am so very disappointed. we forgot two bags of not so expensive jewelry this place to anybody. in the safe of our room. and immediately the day we left and discovered ' i wrote to the hotel. i didn;t receive the response. i write once more. our friends were still in Rome and they could go there and take the jewelry. but i had not been answered. i've wrote fot the third time. and they didn't bother to answer. i tried to call the hotel, but there is no answer. it is outrageous! i thought it is a respectable place. now i think it is my duty to tell this story in every available media. it is really a shame! it is like we were robbed by the hotel management
