  : Breakfast in Café Babylon is a really good idea, they serve a delicious italian breakfast. The staff is friendly, the owner is kind and responds quickly. The flat is perfect, when you are sightseeing during the day and come back for the night.The location is also very good, if you wish to explore Rome's gems by walking. Trastevere is full of fantastic restaurants and the evenings are vibrant there.
  : Our apartment's only window faced to an inner courtyard, and there is not much natural light. If you wish to spend the day there, it is quite dark. There was one unplesant thing: there was one strange reoccuring noise of a machinery, that was quite disturbing during the night.

  : The location was brilliant, the room was nice, with air conditioning and a nice bathroom with a great shower. The bed was good, with a hard mattress.
  : I missed the fact that there were no fire detectors in the room, and since this was not a hotel with 24h staff, this should be a must. Also, when we left the airco on when we went out, the staff turned it off by the time we returned to the hotel.

  : The cafe was nice around the corner for breakfast, great location for night life and restaurants.
  : I’ll leave a very honest review this is totally false advertised. I booked this thinking we were staying in a small hotel with a reception area etc I cannot find where it has the exact description of the place. The only way to describe this is it’s almost staying in somebody’s house- a loud house for a lot of money!An old run down building, no advertisement of the hotel from the outside I saw a google picture which shows a hotel sign - this is not there. A small entrance way with 3 rooms, thin plywood doors which you can hear everything outside because they are cheap and thin. You get given an old fashioned key which you have to leave your room locked from the inside as people will try and walk into your room. Others guests, and also to be cleaned the next day (without knocking) cleaning starts earlier than told. Around 9/9.30. You will not get a good nights sleep here as you can hear everything in the building. Uncomfortable but firm bed, others may like. A safety risk if there was a fire and one guest was out you cannot lock the person in the room then they would not be able to get out. Leaving it unlocked just means people again will be walking in.I feel I paid a lot of money for this stay for a birthday surprise trip and was let down. This was not worth what I paid, last minute I also could not have found accommodation else where which would have been more money on top. I would definitely like a refund or atleast a big partial refund for this stay. Staff were polite and friendly and the room is definitely clean and nicely decorated. It is where this is and the fact this is not as described. Staff are not there whileYou stay so trying to get things such as an iron which is strange not to have in a hotel room, this took us a long time and had no response for a day about this. We were given an iron without a board to start with and no space to do this. Wasn’t nice having creased shirts going out to nice restaurants.

  : The location and owner were very nice! The free breakfast from the cafe around the corner was a great perk.
  : The bathroom shower had some black mold that we had noticed on the last day. Hopefully they clean it, but otherwise that facilities were good.
