  : Very comfy and clean apartament. Emiliano was really helpfull and answered really quickly. There was everything we needed - towels, electric kettle, AC, hairdryer. The apartament is close to metro and Coloseum. We really enjoyed our stay here.
  : The street is a little bit noisy at night, but only if You're light sleeper. Also AC is a little bit loud, but it didn't bothered me.

  : Great location, nice neighbourhood, quite spacious and stylish, comfortable bed .A supermarket is just around the corner. Very decent building with impressive and secure entrance Very sweet and helpful management replying as soon as possible
  : The apartment needs some fixing . Probably it's outcome of covid19 when the place was not in use Noisy in night in summer when people are sitting outside on the apartment' street

  : The elevator to the second floor made access easy with luggage.
  : The hot water was not really hot - OK if you like luke warm showers. The front window had shutters which I could not close, perhaps a tall young person with long arms could manage, and there were no light proof curtains, so the bedroom was light all night.

  : This was a really nice apartment that had a great location for seeing the Colosseum but also the Monti area of Rome that has so much going on, vintage shops, gelato places (Fatamorgana being our favourite!) and nice restaurants. Luca was a great host too!
  : The curtains were very thin so if you need a dark room to sleep in note that there are street lights outside. The communal areas of the building smelled of damp so the residents might collectively want to treat that, but this isn't the fault of the host and did not imapct the apartment.

  : Very good location. Emiliano helped us with the transfer from the airport and check-in. Fully furnished and equipped apartment. There are wash machine, dishwasher, air conditioners, stove etc.
  : A bit noisy from the street and the bed is short and creaky.

  : Excellent location. There is an elevator. First floor apartment. Except for morning construction noise, the property was quiet.
  : There was a bit of construction noise starting at 7:00. The shower is quite small, and may not be comfortable for tall/larger people.
